Living is a constant process of growth and change. Living also presents us with challenges that can have deep emotional and psychological impact, and it is in the process of tackling those challenges that the greatest potential for our growth lies.
In difficult times, many of us will want to turn to someone else who can listen sympathetically, help us digest what can be painful feelings and experiences, and accompany us through the process of personal change. Many people turn to counselling and psychotherapy to support them through difficult periods: whether issues relate to experiences in the here-and-now, or to older traumas from the past.
My own experience has taught me how enriching psychotherapy can be. If you, or you and your partner, need someone to turn to at this point, I hope to offer you a compassionate and thoughtful presence to help you through.
